CieloVision has expanded its role within SRO Motorsports America by becoming the official title sponsor of the upcoming GT World Texas event at Circuit of the Americas (COTA). Supported by Samsung, the event will carry the official name CieloVision GT World Texas powered by Samsung.

This development marks a significant milestone in the growing collaboration between the organisations, while also reinforcing Texas as a key hub for innovation and motorsport. Moreover, it signals a broader push to integrate advanced technology into the live racing experience.

A landmark event on the SRO calendar

Scheduled for 24–26 April in Austin, GT World Texas stands as the home race for SRO America. As such, it brings together multiple top-tier GT championships for a weekend that blends elite competition with fan-focused entertainment.

Importantly, the event will serve not only as a sporting spectacle but also as a platform for innovation. With CieloVision stepping into the title role, organisers aim to elevate both the technical and experiential aspects of the weekend.

The race weekend will feature five premier championships, headlined by GT World Challenge America powered by AWS. In addition, fans can look forward to two major endurance contests, including the Pirelli GT4 America Lone Star Enduro on Saturday and the headline GT World Challenge America race on Sunday.

These endurance races will add strategic complexity and high-stakes competition, ensuring that teams and drivers must balance performance, tyre management, and consistency across extended race distances.

Enhancing the fan experience through innovation

Beyond the on-track action, organisers have placed strong emphasis on fan engagement. The event will feature an open paddock, allowing spectators unprecedented access to teams and machinery. Furthermore, interactive elements such as autograph sessions, grid walks, and dedicated fan zones will create a more immersive atmosphere.

At the same time, CieloVision’s involvement introduces a technological dimension designed to enhance how fans experience the event. Through spatial intelligence solutions, the company aims to deliver new ways of interacting with live motorsport, bringing audiences closer to the action than ever before.

In addition to racing, the event will offer a wide range of off-track attractions. The SRO Car Collective will showcase an array of exotic vehicles, while the Lonestar Land fan expo will provide interactive displays, partner activations, and entertainment for all ages.

Consequently, the weekend promises to appeal not only to dedicated motorsport fans but also to families and newcomers seeking a dynamic live experience.

A new standard for GT events

Ultimately, the partnership between CieloVision, SRO Motorsports America, and Samsung reflects a broader evolution in motorsport events. By combining world-class racing with advanced technology and fan-focused initiatives, GT World Texas aims to set a new benchmark for live racing experiences.

As anticipation builds ahead of the April event, the focus now shifts to execution. However, with a strong programme and innovative backing in place, the stage is set for a standout weekend at Circuit of the Americas.
