Van Amersfoort Racing (VAR) have confirmed that Enzo Deligny will remain with the team for a second FIA Formula 3 (F3) Championship campaign in 2027.

Deligny made his FIA Formula 3 debut with VAR in 2026, making an immediate impact by securing second place in the Melbourne Sprint Race on his first weekend in the championship.

The Frenchman went on to finish 16th in the Drivers’ Championship, adding two further top-five finishes and seven top-10 results across the season.

His debut podium in Melbourne marked the highlight of his rookie campaign, with Deligny gaining a full year of experience competing in the FIA Formula 3 field ahead of his second season.

Deligny to continue with VAR in 2027

The continuation with VAR will provide Deligny with stability as he looks to build on his rookie campaign and convert the experience gained in 2026 into stronger results next year.

Speaking about his re-signing, Deligny said he was pleased to continue with the team for another season.

“I’m really happy to be continuing with VAR for 2027. After joining the team late this season, I immediately felt very comfortable and we’ve built a strong relationship. I’m really looking forward to starting next year together and showing what we can achieve. Having stability by staying with this great team will help me perform next year. I can’t wait.”

VAR Team Principal Brad Joyce highlighted Deligny’s strong start to his FIA Formula 3 career and the value of carrying that experience into 2027.

“We’re pleased to continue our collaboration with Enzo for another season. He made a very strong start to his FIA Formula 3 career in Melbourne, finishing second in the Sprint Race on his debut weekend. He has now gained a full year of experience in the championship, and working with him throughout the season has given us the opportunity to see his talent up close. That experience and continuity are important as we look to build on what we started in 2026 and push for stronger results in 2027.”

With his rookie season now complete, Deligny will head into 2027 with a full year of FIA F3 experience behind him as he and VAR target further progress in the championship.
