Hitech has confirmed Noah Lisle as the first of three drivers who will complete its line-up for the 2026 GB3 Championship. The announcement marks an important step in the team’s preparations for the new season and signals its intent to build around drivers with proven experience in the category.

For Lisle, the move represents continuity and opportunity, as he returns to the GB3 grid for a second consecutive season, this time with a new team and renewed ambitions.

Building on a strong GB3 foundation

Lisle heads into 2026 after a competitive debut GB3 campaign in 2025, where he gained valuable experience against a highly competitive international field. Throughout the season, he showed consistent progress and finished strongly, collecting four podium finishes along the way and establishing himself as a driver capable of challenging at the front.

That experience now places the 18-year-old in a strong position as he prepares for his sophomore season in the championship, armed with a deeper understanding of the cars, circuits and race weekend demands.

From Australia to the European single-seater ladder

Born in Perth, Lisle has followed a steady and determined path through the junior single-seater ranks since relocating to the United Kingdom. After gaining early experience in karting, he stepped into formula racing in British F4, where he quickly made an impression.

During the 2023 season, Lisle secured multiple race victories and podium finishes, including three wins, showcasing both racecraft and outright speed. That progress earned him a step up to Eurocup-3 in 2024, where he competed with Campos Racing and continued to develop against strong continental competition.

His transition to GB3 in 2025 further underlined his upward trajectory, and his return to the series in 2026 reflects a clear focus on consolidating experience and pushing towards consistent front-running results.

Lisle to embark on a fresh chapter with Hitech in 2026 GB3 Championship

Joining Hitech for the 2026 season presents a fresh challenge for Lisle and an opportunity to build on the lessons learned during his debut GB3 campaign. With a year of experience already behind him, he now aims to translate that knowledge into stronger results and regular contention at the sharp end of the field.

Speaking about the move, Lisle expressed both confidence and motivation ahead of the new season.

“I’m really excited to be joining Hitech for this next step in GB3. Last year taught me a lot, and I’m ready to take everything I’ve learned and fight for strong results with the team.”

Hitech has also highlighted Lisle’s speed, mindset and prior championship experience as key factors behind the decision to bring him into the team for 2026. With a solid grounding in GB3 already established, the team believes he can make a significant step forward. Phil Blow, Hitech’s GB3 Team Manager, underlined the team’s confidence in Lisle’s ability to progress further this season.

“Noah showed a lot of promise during his first season in GB3, and we’re impressed by both his speed and his approach to learning. Having already raced in the championship, he comes to us with a solid understanding of the car and the level of competition. We’re confident that he has the potential to make a strong step forward this year.”

As the first confirmed name in Hitech’s 2026 GB3 line-up, Lisle sets the tone for the team’s campaign. With prior success in British F4, experience in Eurocup-3 and a solid debut season in GB3 already completed, the Australian now enters a crucial year in his development.
