With the 2026 F1 season days away, we have compiled a full list of the sponsors that joined or left teams from last year to the current season.
It would be fair to say that F1 wouldn’t look anything like it does without the investment from sponsors and partners, whether of the drivers, the teams and or the sport. A business partnership is a win-win for a sporting competitor from a financial standpoint and for the company’s own recognition.
What are known as ‘sponsorship liveries’ first came to the fore around 1968, with F1 teams unanimously moving away from the traditional national racing colours to designs orchestrated around sponsorship deals.
Modern F1 sponsor
In modern Formula 1, there are different options a sponsor can opt for, which can be either short or long term. There are many examples of such deals, like technical partnership, supplier partnership or an official brand partnership, to name a few.
The finances of the alliance is often kept under wraps, but all the F1 teams publish full list of their official sponsors on their website.
