The third day of F1 Testing in 2026 is in the books in Barcelona as Kimi Antonelli was quickest, view the full day 3 results below.

Ferrari, Red Bull, Cadillac and Aston Martin did not take to the track. James Vowles confirmed Williams would be on track at the first Bahrain test in February earlier Wednesday.

Three red flags during day 3 of 2026 Barcelona F1 Testing

Once again Audi did not have a smooth day in Barcelona as Nico Hülkenberg stopped on track early doors with a car issue. He did not return to the circuit until early afternoon.

British drivers Ollie Bearman (Haas) and Arvid Lindblad (Racing Bulls) caused a further two red flags in the morning and afternoon respectively as they also stopped on circuit.

Mercedes go quickest on day 3 of 2026 Barcelona F1 Testing

Italian Kimi Antonelli popped in the fastest time of the test so far as he logged a 1:17.362, 0.218s faster than what teammate George Russell did in the morning session.

The MCL40 appears on track

World Champion Lando Norris was first out on track for McLaren in 2026 as their new F1 car was shown to the world. It was a solid day of running as the Brit was 3rd fastest.

As the Woking-based team did not run on Monday or Tuesday, they will be allowed to run their car on both Thursday and Friday as shakedown ends on the 30th.
