Bobadilla steps up to FRAC in 2026 with strong foundation in F4 NACAM
Throughout his NACAM campaign, Bobadilla competed against a highly competitive grid. In doing so, he demonstrated consistency, speed, and racecraft across the season. Consequently, he regularly challenged at the front and built a reputation as one of the standout performers in the championship.
Moreover, his results confirmed his readiness to progress further along the single-seater ladder, ultimately leading to his move into Formula Regional machinery for 2026.
Now, Bobadilla prepares to take the next step in his development as he joins Crosslink Motorsports for a full FR Americas campaign. While the transition represents a significant increase in performance level and technical complexity, it also provides an important opportunity to refine his racecraft against stronger competition.
At the same time, the team believes his previous experience and competitive mindset will help ensure a smooth adaptation to the category.
Gill Kaszuba, Crosslink Motorsports Team Owner, said: “We are very excited to welcome Alex to the team. Finishing third in the F4 NACAM Championship over a full season is a strong accomplishment and shows he has the pace and consistency needed to succeed. He has proven he can compete at the front, and we are confident that with the right preparation and environment, he will transition well into FR Americas.”
Season debut set for NOLA
Looking ahead, Bobadilla now turns his attention to the 2026 season opener with the support of Crosslink Motorsports behind him. He will make his debut with the team on 9–12 April at NOLA Motorsports Park, officially beginning a new chapter in his racing career.
Ultimately, the upcoming campaign offers Bobadilla the chance to translate his Formula 4 success into strong performances at the Formula Regional level as he continues his progression in international single-seater racing.
