The Michelin 24H Series has unveiled the Aspen Group as its new fuel supplier and official partner, signalling a new era for the popular endurance racing championship. The collaboration made its debut at the season-opening Michelin 12H Mugello, delivering immediate benefits for teams and drivers alike.

Creventic, the series organiser, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership.

“We are very pleased to welcome the Aspen Group as our new fuel partner. Working with a company that has such a strong heritage in providing high-quality, clean, and reliable fuel fits perfectly with our commitment to supporting our participants. With the Aspen Group’s fuel, we can ensure that our cars and drivers get the best possible performance,” said Orry Lichtenberg, Team Relations at Creventic.

Aspen Group brings strong motorsport heritage to 24H Series

Headquartered in Gothenburg, Sweden, Aspen Group is now well into its fourth decade of operation. Already a recognised name in Scandinavia and active in motorsport across Europe via its subsidiary Coryton and fuel brand SUSTAIN, the company now gains wider international exposure through its Michelin 24H Series involvement.

The partnership sees Aspen supplying a tightly controlled road-spec race fuel, Eurosport 100, offering a higher octane specification than previously used in the championship. This upgrade enhances engine performance and reliability in GT endurance racing, delivering both consistency and a competitive advantage.

Supporting sustainable GT Racing while enhancing performance across the championship

Beyond supplying fuel for the Michelin 24H Series, Aspen Group and its SUSTAIN brand are supporting development programmes with Toyota GR Customer Racing. This season, the programme has been testing sustainable fuels in the Supra GT4, with podium finishes achieved in the Michelin 24H Series Middle East Trophy by drivers Will Powell and Klass Kooiker.

Aspen Group aims to use these programmes as a testbed for potential sustainable fuel integration into Creventic championships from 2027 onwards, aligning with future homologation requirements and broader moves towards greener GT racing.

David Richardson at Aspen Group commented: “We are looking forward to working with Creventic throughout the Michelin 24H Series European Season and beyond. We are keen to drive forward GT racing with consistent, high-performance race fuels, while balancing costs. As well as supporting development programmes to increase our presence in motorsport and its transition to a more sustainable future.”

With Aspen Group on board, Michelin 24H Series participants can expect improved performance, fuel consistency, and reliability. Therefore, the partnership combines Aspen’s technical expertise with Creventic’s endurance racing experience, delivering benefits for both established teams and newcomers.

Thus, by integrating high-quality race fuels and forward-looking sustainable initiatives, the collaboration sets a clear path for GT racing’s evolution, combining performance, cost efficiency, and environmental responsibility.
