F1 shares positive 2025 financial numbers of Q4 and 12 months

Liberty Media shared financial figures for the year F1 2025 in comparison to 2024, which includes both the Q4 period and whole of 12 months.

With the end of the year F1 2025, Liberty Media has presented its financial record for not only the last three months of last year, but also the whole of 12 months in comparison to the same period in 2024, with a solid and positive growth due to various factors.

Q4 numbers from Liberty Media

Starting with the Q4 numbers, the total revenue of F1 stood at $1,375 million in 2025 when compared to $1,126 million in 2024. The increase in the ‘primary’ revenue was primarily due to one more race in the period i.e seven in 2025 to six in 2024. The sport also earned more in sponsor and media rights.

Additionally, they had one-time income from the worldwide success of F1 movie. The primary revenue – race promotion revenue, media rights fees and sponsorship fees – in 2025 was up to $997 million from 2024’s $797 millions, which is an increase of 25%.

The other revenue increased to $378 millions in 2025 from $329 million in 2024, due to Paddock Club increment and income from new activities in Las Vegas GP. The same period saw F1 pay the teams $432 million in 2025, as opposed to $297 million paid in 2024 – due to increase in revenue.

These excluded Concorde incentive payments.  The operating income increased to $199 millions in 2025 from $126 million in 2024 – an increase of 58%. In same way, the total income of F1 after adjusted OIBDA increased to $266 millions in 2025 from $202 million in 2024 – an increase of 32%.

Now 12 months figures

Moving to the bigger picture of the whole year of 2025 when compared to 2024, the total revenue increased to $3,873 million in 2025 from $3,411 million in 2024 – an increase of 14%. The primary income rose to $3,086 million in 2025 from $2,757 million, while the other revenue increased to $787 million in 2025 from $654 million in 2024.

The F1 teams got more money due to increase in revenue, as they were paid $1,400 million in 2025 against $1,266 million paid in 2024. The operating income saw a jump to $632 million in 2025 when compared to $492 million in 2024 – an increase of 28%. The total revenue after adjusted OIBDA was $946 million in 2025 from $791 million in 2024 – an increase of 20%.

F1 boss Domenicali says
