RPM has confirmed Jan Przyrowski as one of its drivers for the 2026 season, where he will compete in both the Formula Regional European Championship (FREC) and the Formula Regional Middle East Trophy (FRMET). This marks a major step in the 17-year-old Polish driver’s career, as he makes the leap to the highly competitive world of Formula Regional racing.

A rising star in motorsport

Przyrowski’s journey in motorsport began at a young age, as he made his mark in karting. Starting his competitive karting career in 2015, he quickly gained recognition, winning the Polish Championship in the Baby ROK class in 2016. His European karting success followed, with notable results in the WSK Euro Series and strong performances in the CIK-FIA European and World Championships in the OK-Junior class.

In 2023, Przyrowski moved into single-seaters, competing in the Formula Winter Series with Campos Racing. His impressive performances during this early stage in open-wheel racing led to his full-time commitment to Spanish F4 in 2025, where he finished third overall in a highly competitive field. Additionally, Przyrowski secured the Formula Winter Series runner-up spot, further proving his potential and readiness for the next level.

Making the step to Formula Regional

For 2026, Przyrowski will join RPM to race in both the Formula Regional European Championship (FREC) and the Formula Regional Middle East Trophy (FRMET). His dual participation will offer him valuable early-season experience in the Middle East Trophy before he focuses fully on the FREC season. This announcement comes after a successful test with RPM at the final round of the 2025 Formula Regional European Championship in Monza, where Przyrowski showcased his ability to compete at the highest level.

Reflecting on his 2026 plans, Przyrowski, via social media, shared:

“I’m very happy to confirm my plans to compete in both the FREC and FRMET with the RPM team, which already gave me the opportunity to test my skills in Monza this year. We went very well then and worked well together. I think we can achieve a lot together in the 2026 season, and with the brand new Tatuus T-326 car, we have a good chance of achieving strong results. I’m hungry to regularly fight for podiums and victories, and I know I can do it.”
