Rodin Motorsport has confirmed Maxim Rehm as their first official driver for the 2026 GB3 Championship. After an impressive debut in 2025, the German driver will move up to a full-time seat following his victory at Monza, marking an exciting new chapter in his racing career.

A strong junior career

Rehm’s motorsport journey began in karting, where he achieved significant success in both German and European championships. Notably, he clinched five championship titles, including the prestigious OK category Deutsche Kart Meisterschaft in 2022, establishing himself as one of the brightest young talents in Europe.

In 2024, Rehm made the jump to single-seater racing, debuting in the Formula Winter Series, Italian F4, and Euro 4 Championships. Immediately, he demonstrated his adaptability by securing a rookie class victory in the Formula Winter Series. Furthermore, he achieved a podium finish in Italian F4 at Imola, further proving his potential. Rehm also marked his first victory in the Euro 4 Championship at Monza, finishing an impressive sixth overall in the standings despite being a newcomer.

Rehm continued to impress in 2025, returning to the Formula Winter Series and Italian F4 Championships with three podiums in the former. His performance at the GB3 season finale in Monza was the highlight of the year, where he claimed a dominant victory in the final race. This success, combined with his subsequent testing with Rodin Motorsport, has set him up for a full-time role in GB3 in 2026.

Looking ahead to 2026

Rehm expressed his excitement about joining Rodin Motorsport for the 2026 GB3 Championship: “I am really excited to be doing the 2026 GB3 Championship with Rodin. It is a great team with a great atmosphere, and I can’t wait to contribute to the team’s success.”

Rodin Motorsport’s Sporting Director, Benn Huntingford, also shared his confidence in Rehm’s abilities. “We’re pleased to have Maxim joining our GB3 team. He’s shown real speed and focus, and we believe he’s well suited to the demands of the championship.”

As Rehm prepares for the 2026 season, his extensive testing with Rodin Motorsport across both European and UK circuits has set him up for success. His experience in GB3 machinery and growing expertise have fully prepared him for the challenges of the upcoming season. Fans can expect him to be a strong contender, consistently fighting for top positions and making an impact in every race.
