Rodin Motorsport has completed its driver line-up for the 2027 FIA Formula 3 (F3) Championship, confirming Alessandro Giusti as its final signing alongside Pedro Clerot and Reza Seewooruthun.
The Frenchman will join the British outfit for his third season in the championship after spending his first two campaigns with MP Motorsport. Giusti brings valuable experience to Rodin, having competed in F3 since 2025 and demonstrated competitive pace across both seasons.
His arrival completes a line-up that combines experience and continuity, with Clerot returning for a second campaign following an impressive rookie season. Meanwhile, Seewooruthun will graduate from the FIA Formula Regional European Championship (FREC), continuing his relationship with Rodin as he makes the step up to F3.
Giusti joins Rodin Motorsport for 2027 F3 campaign after two seasons with MP Motorsport
Giusti made his FIA F3 debut with MP Motorsport in 2025, joining the Dutch team after two seasons in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine.
The Frenchman enjoyed a productive rookie campaign, finishing tenth in the Drivers’ Championship with 67 points. He secured two podium finishes, taking third in the Barcelona Feature Race before claiming second in the Austrian Sprint Race the following weekend.
His performances demonstrated consistent race pace and an ability to recover positions, although qualifying difficulties occasionally prevented him from converting that speed into stronger results. Nevertheless, Giusti scored points regularly throughout the season, establishing a solid foundation for his second campaign.
He remained with MP Motorsport for 2026, entering the year with ambitions of challenging for the championship. However, his sophomore season proved more difficult, with inconsistent results and qualifying performances limiting his progress.
Giusti ultimately finished 15th in the standings with 45 points, although he demonstrated encouraging pace during several weekends. He secured fourth in the Monaco Sprint Race and seventh in the Feature Race, while also topping Free Practice at Monza.
The season concluded positively at Madrid, where he scored points in all three races. Fifth in the Sprint Race and sixth in both Feature Races allowed him to collect 22 points during the finale, moving him into the top 15 of the championship.
The strong conclusion to his 2026 campaign provided encouragement ahead of his move to Rodin, where he will aim to translate his experience into more consistent results.
Giusti welcomes new challenge with Rodin
Giusti expressed his excitement about joining Rodin Motorsport, highlighting his early impressions of the team’s facilities and the opportunity to begin working with a new organisation.
The 20-year-old will leave MP Motorsport after two seasons, bringing his familiarity with the current Dallara F3 2025 machinery and experience across the championship’s race formats.
“I’m feeling really excited to be joining Rodin Motorsport, to discover the factory, the gym and the sim, its quite impressive! I’m really happy to get the chance to drive with the team and will push forward this season.”
The move marks another important step in Giusti’s single-seater career, which began in French Formula 4. He secured the championship title in 2022 before progressing into Formula Regional, finishing sixth in his rookie season in 2023 and fourth the following year.
His performances earned him a place in the Williams Driver Academy in 2024, providing additional support as he progressed into FIA F3.
After two seasons in the championship, Giusti will now look to maximise his experience while adapting to Rodin’s engineering and operational approach.
Huntingford highlights Giusti’s experience and consistency
Rodin Motorsport Sporting Director Benn Huntingford welcomed Giusti’s signing, identifying his experience and previous performances as important additions to the team’s 2027 programme.
Although Giusti has not yet secured an FIA F3 victory, he has demonstrated the ability to compete near the front and recover from difficult qualifying positions. His two seasons with MP Motorsport also provide valuable familiarity with the championship’s circuits, regulations and technical demands.
“We’re excited to have Alessandro join our F3 lineup for 2027. He’s shown strong consistency and speed across his two seasons in the championship and brings valuable experience to the team. We’re looking forward to seeing what he can achieve with Rodin next season.”
Giusti’s arrival gives Rodin a second driver with previous F3 experience, complementing Clerot’s development and Seewooruthun’s promotion.
The team finished sixth in the 2026 Teams’ Championship with 161 points, demonstrating competitive pace throughout the season while continuing to develop its programme.
With two returning F3 competitors and a promising rookie, Rodin will aim to build on those performances and establish itself as a more consistent contender in 2027.
Clerot and Seewooruthun complete Rodin’s 2027 F3 line-up
Giusti joins a driver pairing that Rodin confirmed earlier in the autumn, with Clerot and Seewooruthun already preparing for the upcoming season.
Clerot will remain with the team for his second F3 campaign after enjoying a successful rookie season in 2026. The Brazilian secured five podium finishes and finished sixth in the Drivers’ Championship with 88 points.
His standout result came during the Madrid finale, where he claimed his maiden F3 victory in the first Feature Race. The performance marked an important breakthrough after several competitive weekends and provided a strong conclusion to his debut season.
Rodin confirmed Clerot’s continuation for 2027 in September, maintaining an established relationship as the Brazilian prepares to challenge for further victories.
Seewooruthun will meanwhile make his F3 debut after competing with Rodin in the 2026 FIA FREC. The British driver secured two podium finishes during his Formula Regional campaign, continuing a progression that previously included fourth in British F4 and fifth in GB3.
His promotion to FIA F3 will allow him to continue working with familiar personnel while adapting to the demands of the higher category.
The combination gives Rodin a promising balance of experience and development potential, with each driver approaching the upcoming season from a different stage of their career.
Rodin targets further progress in 2027
With its three drivers now confirmed, Rodin Motorsport can concentrate on preparing for the 2027 FIA F3 Championship.
The team’s line-up combines Clerot’s race-winning experience, Giusti’s two seasons of F3 competition and Seewooruthun’s recent Formula Regional development.
For Giusti, the move offers an opportunity to begin a new chapter after two years with MP Motorsport. Although his 2026 season did not produce the championship challenge he had hoped for, his performances at Monaco and Madrid demonstrated that he remains capable of fighting for competitive results.
The Frenchman will now aim to build on that potential and improve his consistency as he approaches his third season.
For Rodin, completing its line-up early provides additional time to integrate Giusti and prepare its drivers before the championship returns in 2027.
With two experienced F3 competitors and an emerging rookie, the team will look to convert the progress it demonstrated in 2026 into stronger championship performances next season.
