Boutsen VDS has finalised its 2026 GT World Challenge (GTWC) Europe powered by AWS campaign by confirming that Gilles Magnus, Robin Knutsson and Alessandro Ghiretti will share the #10 Porsche 911 GT3 R.
The Belgian squad had already unveiled its full Pro line-up and confirmed that both cars will carry backing from D’Ieteren Luxury Performance. With the Gold Cup crew now complete, Boutsen VDS has put the final piece in place ahead of the new season.
Magnus brings proven pedigree as Knutsson steps up to GT stage with Boutsen VDS for 2026 GTWC Europe campaign
The #10 entry will compete in the Gold Cup, with former class champion Magnus leading the charge. The experienced Belgian joins from Saintéloc Racing and has previously represented Team WRT and Comtoyou Racing in GT World competition.
Magnus will contest the full campaign and will spearhead the team’s push for Gold Cup honours, including a sustained title bid in the Sprint Cup.
Meanwhile, Knutsson will make his GT World debut after securing runner-up honours in last season’s Porsche Carrera Cup Benelux. The 23-year-old Swede began his circuit racing career in TCR Scandinavia in 2021 and has since established himself as a consistent front-runner in Porsche one-make categories.
He and Magnus will form the core pairing across the 10-round season, combining experience and youthful ambition as they chase class success.
Ghiretti adds Endurance strength
For Endurance Cup rounds, the duo will welcome Ghiretti to the line-up. The 24-year-old Frenchman arrives with an outstanding CV, having secured the Porsche Supercup title and Porsche Carrera Cup crowns in France and Asia in 2024. He made his GT World debut at last year’s finale at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and now steps into a full Endurance role with Boutsen VDS.
Boutsen VDS maintains strong foundations in Pro for 2026 GTWC Europe
Boutsen VDS confirmed its Pro crew last month. Dorian Boccolacci will contest the full season, returning to Europe after a successful GT World Asia campaign. He will join reigning Endurance champion Alessio Picariello and rising Dutch talent Morris Schuring for long-distance rounds, while the same trio will combine in Sprint events subject to availability.
With both Pro and Gold Cup entries confirmed, Boutsen VDS has completed a comprehensive and competitive driver roster for 2026.
