2025 F3 Championship standings after the Spanish GP Feature Race

After a chaotic and incident-filled Spanish GP Feature Race, the 2025 F3 championship standings have taken a dramatic turn. Rafael Câmara remains firmly in control of the title fight, following a flawless victory in the Feature Race. With 28 points added to his tally, he now leads the standings on 105 points.

Nikola Tsolov retains second place after salvaging fifth in the Feature Race, rising to 79 points. Although he showed resilience following a poor start, the Campos Racing driver has lost further ground to Câmara. Tim Tramnitz continues to hold third with 70 points after collecting six more in Spain.

Further back, Noah Strømsted remains fourth on 56 points, while Tuukka Taponen’s retirement keeps him static at 51. The real shake-up occurred in the mid-field. Alessandro Giusti’s late charge to a podium finish rewarded him with 15 points, bringing him level with Santiago Ramos on 45 and placing him sixth by virtue of better results.

Equally impressive, Théophile Naël surged to second in the Feature Race, securing 18 points and jumping to eighth in the standings with 43.

Callum Voisin took ninth with 41 points, while Roman Bilinski settled for tenth with 38. Just behind, Stenshorne and Boya sit narrowly ahead of Laurens Van Hoepen, who now joins them on 36 points after a strong run to fourth.

With twelve drivers within 20 points of second place after the 2025 F3 Spanish GP Feature Race, the battle behind Câmara remains fiercely competitive heading into the second half of the season.
