Qualifying for round 3 of the 2026 F1 Academy season at the British GP has been completed, view the full results of the session here.
Two wins in the main races in Montréal for Alisha Palmowski moved her to the top of the championship. Heading into the weekend she led the championship by 25 points from Sunday’s Shanghai victor Emma Felbermayr.
In practice, Wild Card and British F4 driver Chiara Bättig put the field on notice by topping the times. The Swiss driver was fastest from championship leader Alisha Palmowski. Gademan, Felbermayr, Stevens, Dobson, Robertson, Westcott, Billard and Lloyd rounded out the top 10. They were covered by 1.142s.
On debut, the Swiss driver backed up the practice speed by taking a sensational pole, beating points leader Palmowski once more. Lisa Billard and Ava Dobson were also exceptional in 3rd and 4th, ahead of Robertson who completed a mostly surprising top 5.
Lloyd, Gademan, Felbermayr, Bruce and Westcott rounded out the top 10. Felbermayr will be on pole for the reverse grid contest tomorrow.
