As we approach the halfway mark in the 2025 Formula 3 season, a reflection on performance is to be had. For Roman Bilinski, it is safe to call the first part of the season a success for the most part. The Rodin Motorsport driver currently sits in P10 in the Championship standings, out of 35 drivers.

Bilinski has had a rollercoaster of results over five rounds, but has seen positive results in three out of those five. With five rounds remaining, he will be doing what it takes to not only remain in the top ten, but climb towards the leaders.

Round 1 in Australia

Qualifying in Australia saw Bilinski setting the fastest time right out of the gates, before finishing the session in P10. Bilisnki took the final step of the podium, bringing home P3 in his F3 Sprint Race debut. A fierce session appeared within the Feature Race, Bilinski able to climb a position to finish P9.

Round 2 in Bahrain

Bahrain brought a rather calm qualifying session, although despite this, Bilinski was only capable of P19. He battled with some front wing damage early on in the Sprint Race, forcing him to box and end his race in P20. The Feature Race brought a positive to Bilinski’s weekend, when he was able to climb positions to finish P13.

Round 3 in Imola

A red flag interrupted the F3 Qualifying session in Imola, but Bilinski pushed on to bring home P6, once the green flags waved again. The Sprint Race was another session filled with safety cars, Bilinski overtook cars to finish P5. Interruptions took hold of the Feature Race also, the Brit taking home P8.

Round 4 in Monaco

Despite brief yellow flags interrupting the Group B qualifying session in Monaco, Bilinski set the fastest time in his group, taking a P2 start for the Feature Race. The Sprint Race saw a Safety Car, but even with the interruption, Bilinski maintained his starting position of P11. The Feature Race of course brought more chaos and disruptions. With this considered, Bilisnki drove a sensational race to maintain starting position yet again, finishing P2.

Round 5 in Spain

Round 5’s Qualifying session was calm in comparison to many sessions of the season, Bilinski taking P12. As the lights went out for the Sprint Race and the leaders reached turn 1, Bilinski was taken out and spun out into the gravel, resulting in a DNF. Bilinski’s misfortune continued into Sunday’s Feature Race, where he was taken out off of the start yet again, causing another DNF result.

What round brought home the most points?

Arguably, the best round for Bilinski in the 2025 season, has been the F3 Monaco Grand Prix. Across the weekend, his 18 points haul saw the most points for him over a weekend, out of the first rounds.

Team spirits and morale were tall coming through the Monaco GP weekend at Rodin Motorsport. This is understandable considering the performance and pace of the team and their cars. If the team can continue on with level of pace and performance, we can expect to see results like these continue for Roman Bilinski.
