Rodin Motorsport continues its improvement in the FIA F3 Championship as it concludes the 2025 season with a win, three podiums, and a notable points total.

The team’s progression over recent years has been significant, from being last in the team standings with just 2 points in 2023, to 8th in 2024 with 85 points, and now 6th with 128 points. The team’s progress was boosted by a strong driver line-up featuring Roman Bilinski, Callum Voisin, and Louis Sharp. The trio delivered both flashes of speed and valuable learning lessons throughout the year that ultimately landed the team a rightful 6th-place finish in the Teams’ Standings.

Bilinski led the team in points

Rookie driver Roman Bilinski emerged as Rodin’s top scorer, finishing 11th in the Driver’s Standings with 65 points.

The first of Rodin’s four podiums came from Bilinski’s strong start to the year in Melbourne, where he’d finished 3rd in the Sprint Race. Several rounds later, the Polish driver soon returned to the podium where he crossed the line 2nd during the Monaco Feature Race. However, his standout moment came in Monza as he secured Rodin Motorsport’s first and only win of the season. Bilinski started the Sprint in 7th, but finished 2nd. Post-race penalties would then see him inherit the final Sprint Race victory of the season that earned him his maiden F3 win.

Along with this success, Bilinski and the team also face setbacks and challenges that were particularly visible in Barcelona and Spielberg. The 2025 F3 Spanish GP saw Bilinski retire in both the Sprint and Feature Races due to collisions. His misfortune continued into the following race in Austria, where he crossed the line 15th and 23rd, scoring no points.

A second season with Rodin for Voisin

The 2025 season marked Callum Voisin‘s second campaign with the team and brought Rodin’s fourth podium-finish of the year. Having claimed a win and podium with the team in 2024, Voisin’s sophomore season marked a rather disappointing one. However, the Brit showed flashes of pace throughout the season, most notably at the F3 Bahrain GP, where he’d missed pole by 0.156s and went on to finish 2nd in the Feature Race.

Qualifying inconsistency proved Voisin’s biggest weakness in 2025. This often limited his opportunities as it also masked the underlying pace of the Rodin car that remained evident throughout the season. His performance at the season-finale illustrated this where Voisin recovered well to finish 9th after starting in 20th.

However, after a disappointing campaign, Voisin ultimately finished 14th in the Drivers’ Standings with 53 points.

A season full of learning for Sharp

Louis Sharp endured a challenging but valuable season, earning 11 points and finishing 26th in the Drivers’ Standings. Throughout the year, Sharp showed flashes of speed, especially at Imola, where he finished 4th in the Sprint where he achieved his best result of the season.

However, his most impressive run came at the Hungaroring, where he gained a record-breaking 29 places across the two races.

In the Monza Feature Race, Voisin made an impressive start, climbing from 22nd to 16th. Ultimately, his charge through the field came to an abrupt end after an engine issue had forced him to retire.

Season takeaways

The 2025 F3 season proved Rodin Motorsport as a team on the rise. However, their inconsistent campaign underlined the work and improvement that still needs to be done in order to become a consistent front-running team. The trio of Bilinski, Voisin, and Sharp delivered four podiums and significant points, demonstrating their growing competitiveness. However, the season was not without its challenges.

Out of the ten F3 rounds, the British team scored zero points in Spa and Hungary, as all three drivers finished outside the top ten. In Spa, the Feature Race was cancelled due to heavy rain conditions, limiting the team to only the Sprint Race results despite a strong qualifying result.

Nevertheless, Rodin Motorsport’s development is clear. From last in 2023 to 6th in 2025, the team has made key breakthroughs in car performance, race strategy, and driver development. The combination of a win, four podiums, and midfield points across the season confirms Rodin as a steadily improving contender.

The team has confirmed a new driver lineup for the 2026 season, with Pedro Clerot, Christian Ho, and Brando Badoer set to continue Rodin’s development.
