JHR Developments has confirmed that Bart Harrison will join the team for the final two rounds of the 2025 GB3 Championship, as the Yorkshire-based squad expands to a three-car line-up. Harrison will partner full-season drivers Noah Lisle and Kai Daryanani at Donington Park (4–5 October) and Monza (18–19 October).
Rising through the junior ranks
The 18-year-old has enjoyed a busy campaign in 2025, contesting both the E4 and Italian F4 Championships, where he secured a standout third-place finish at Monza alongside several other top-ten results. He also raced in the Formula Winter Series, where he claimed two podiums, and impressed in a one-off outing in the Formula 4 CEZ Championship, taking two victories and an additional podium.
Harrison first made his single-seater debut in the British F4 Championship last year. He immediately caught attention with a Rookie Cup victory in only his second race and went on to collect a further eight podiums across the season.
Before graduating to cars, Harrison built an enviable reputation in karting. He twice finished runner-up in the British Karting Championship in IAME X30 Junior and Senior categories, became the only two-time winner of the IAME Winter Cup in Valencia, and proudly represented Great Britain in the FIA Karting Academy Trophy.
Harrison excited for GB3 debut
Looking ahead to his maiden GB3 outings, Harrison emphasised both his excitement and determination to learn as much as possible from the opportunity.
“I’m extremely excited to be joining JHR Developments for the final two rounds of the GB3 Championship. This will be my first experience in a car of this speed and performance, and I’m eager to learn as much as possible from the team and my team-mates. I know the team has a great track record of helping young drivers progress and I’m confident that, with their support, I can make a positive impression at Donington Park and Monza.”
Meanwhile, Team Principal Steven Hunter welcomed Harrison to the squad, highlighting the youngster’s potential and the team’s confidence that he will quickly adapt to the demands of GB3.
“We’re very pleased to welcome Bart to the team for the final two rounds of the GB3 Championship season. He has shown that he has a huge amount of talent and potential and, while GB3 is a big step up, we have no doubt he will adapt. We’re looking forward to working with him and helping him to maximise this opportunity.”
Building for the future
With Harrison’s addition, JHR strengthens its driver roster for the decisive final rounds of the season. For the teenager, the step up to GB3 represents both a new challenge and a chance to demonstrate his potential on two of Europe’s most prestigious circuits.
