The Berlin E-Prix double-header weekend got underway with a chaotic, strategy-focused Round 7 Race 1, which ultimately delivered a maiden FE victory for Porsche’s Nico Müller. Meanwhile, polesitter Edoardo Mortara missed out on the podium, finishing fourth behind Oliver Rowland in P3 and Nick Cassidy in P2.

Jean-Éric Vergne set an early FP3 benchmark as the session at the Tempelhof Airport Circuit got underway. Several drivers reported understeer throughout the session, including Lola Yamaha ABT driver Lucas di Grassi, who recently announced his retirement.

With 19 minutes left, Felipe Drugovich held the fastest lap with a strong time of 57.720s. As time continued to improve, home hero Maximilian Günther stormed to the top after completing a full push lap. However, in the final moments, the German was knocked down by Edoardo Mortara, who set the fastest time of 57.581.

As a tight FP3 session drew to a close in Berlin, Edoardo Mortara led the way at the top of the timesheets, with Maximilian Günther and Taylor Barnard rounding up the top three.
