IndyCar returns with the double header at the Milwaukee Mile with qualifying to set the grid for both races, full results here.
The last two oval races of the season will be held as a double header on the one mile oval track, where qualifying is held in one session for both races. The average speed for lap 1 will set the qualifying order for race one while the lap 2 average speed will set the qualifying order for race 2.
Following a crash between Kirkwood and Rasmussen, yesterday in practice, both drivers have returned with rebuilt cars ready to hit the track.
Five of the twenty five entries, the 3 of Scott McLaughlin, the 10 of Alex Palou, the 12 of David Malukas, the 76 of Rinus Veekay, and the 77 of Sting Ray Robb, will receive a 9 place grid penalty due to unauthorized engine changes.
