The Michelin 992 Endurance Cup returns to Spa-Francorchamps on 4-5 September, 2026 for the third edition of Creventic’s 12-hour one-make endurance race for Porsche 911 GT3 Cup machinery.
Saturday’s headline contest will once again run continuously for 12 hours and remains exclusively open to Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992 I) cars, including the same specification used in the 992 category of the Michelin 24H SERIES.
BLACK FALCON enters the latest edition with an unbeaten record after winning both previous races, while Creventic will also bring back the Top 10 Shoot-Out introduced in 2025. Prototype Cup Europe and Caterham Sprint races will support the main event during a packed weekend at the Belgian circuit.
BLACK FALCON remains unbeaten at Michelin 992 Endurance Cup
The Michelin 992 Endurance Cup made its debut in 2024 and has quickly established a distinctive place on the European endurance racing calendar by bringing a field of identical-generation Porsche Cup cars together for a dedicated 12-hour contest.
BLACK FALCON has so far proved unbeatable. The German squad won each of the opening two editions and therefore heads back to Spa seeking a third consecutive overall victory.
The one-make format places the emphasis heavily on driver performance, team execution, strategy and reliability over the 12-hour distance, with relatively little machinery variation available to separate the leading contenders.
Entries for the 2026 event remain open to teams with eligible Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992 I) machinery.
Top 10 Shoot-Out returns for Qualifying
Creventic will retain the Top 10 Shoot-Out after the format made its debut during last year’s event.
Qualifying begins with three individual sessions, with three different drivers from each entry taking part. Organisers then combine those performances to establish an aggregate time for each car, with the 10 quickest entries progressing to the Shoot-Out.
The final session then determines the leading positions on the starting grid.
Paul Meijer became the first driver to secure Michelin 992 Endurance Cup pole through the Shoot-Out in 2025 when he put MDM Motorsport at the head of the order. The Dutchman had also formed part of the team’s pole-winning line-up during the inaugural 2024 edition.
The first of the three Qualifying sessions begins at 14:15 local time on Friday, 4 September, before the Top 10 Shoot-Out takes place at 16:30. A night practice session follows at 20:50.
Sporting and Technical Regulations published
Creventic has already published the Sporting and Technical Regulations governing the 2026 event.
The documents provide prospective and confirmed teams with the complete sporting procedures and technical requirements for the third Michelin 992 Endurance Cup.

Porsche Paddock Rendezvous returns to Spa
The on-track programme forms only part of the weekend, with Creventic again working alongside Porsche Club Spa-Francorchamps and Vierenzestig.nl to stage the Porsche Paddock Rendezvous.
The gathering allows Porsche owners to display their own cars in a dedicated area inside the Spa paddock and gives enthusiasts an opportunity to meet other owners throughout the weekend.
Visitors can also purchase tickets that provide access to the starting grid before Saturday’s race, giving them the opportunity to experience the final preparations before the 12-hour contest gets underway.
The Grand Marquee will return as another centrepiece of the paddock programme, featuring motorsport memorabilia and artwork alongside dedicated racing simulators.
Porsche owners offered VIP track and hospitality options
Owners participating in the Porsche Paddock Rendezvous can expand their weekend through several additional packages.
A dedicated VIP track session will give owners an opportunity to drive their own cars around Spa-Francorchamps, while upgraded tickets provide access to the Creventic Endurance Lounge.
An overnight package is also available for visitors who want to extend their stay at the circuit.
Tickets for the Michelin 992 Endurance Cup weekend remain available online.
Prototype Cup Europe title fight reaches Spa finale
Prototype Cup Europe will provide part of Friday’s support programme as Creventic’s new LMP3 championship concludes its inaugural season.
The series has featured Ligier JS P325, Duqueine D09 and Adess AD25 prototypes across rounds at Mugello, the Nürburgring and Monza before heading to Spa for its finale.
Valentino Catalano arrives in Belgium with a four-point championship advantage over former standings leader Maxim Dirickx, leaving the title undecided entering the final two races.
Prototype Cup Europe will hold Qualifying and two 55-minute races on Friday, 4 September, giving the championship a prominent place on the supporting bill before the Michelin 992 Endurance Cup takes centre stage.
Caterham Sprint completes support programme
Caterham Sprint will also join the Spa schedule with three 25-minute races on Friday.
The lightweight, front-engined two-seaters traditionally produce close slipstreaming battles, adding a very different style of racing to a programme otherwise dominated by Porsche Cup cars and LMP3 prototypes.
With three races scheduled during the day, the Caterhams will help ensure continuous track action before the Michelin 992 Endurance Cup field moves into its Qualifying and night-practice programme.
