GT Sport has announced the provisional 2027 calendars for the International GT Open, GT Cup Europe and Euroformula Open.
The International GT Open and Euroformula Open will each contest eight events, while GT Cup Europe will retain its six-round schedule. Furthermore, all three championships will continue visiting several leading European circuits across the season.
Silverstone provides the principal addition, with the British Grand Prix venue returning to the International GT Open and Euroformula Open calendars. GT Sport last visited the circuit in 2018.
Silverstone returns after nine-year absence
The International GT Open and Euroformula Open will race at Silverstone on 16 May, ending GT Sport’s nine-year absence from the Northamptonshire circuit.
Silverstone will form the third event of both championships. Portimão will open their seasons on 11 April before Spa-Francorchamps hosts the second round on 2 May.
After Silverstone, both series will continue to Hockenheim, the Hungaroring and Circuit Paul Ricard before the summer break. Subsequently, Monza and Barcelona will host the final two events.
GT Cup Europe will not join the Silverstone weekend. Instead, its six-round campaign will begin at Spa and follow the other championships through Hockenheim, Hungary, France, Italy and Spain.
International GT Open retains eight-event format
The International GT Open will begin its 2027 season at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve on 11 April.
Spa-Francorchamps will then host the first GT Open 500 race of the year on 2 May. Unlike the championship’s standard two-race weekends, Spa will feature one 500-kilometre endurance contest.
Silverstone will follow two weeks later before the series visits the Hockenheimring on 13 June. The Hungaroring and Circuit Paul Ricard will then host consecutive July rounds.
After the summer break, Monza will stage the second GT Open 500 race on 19 September. Finally, the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya will conclude the season on 10 October.

Euroformula follows the GT Open schedule
The Euroformula Open will share all eight venues with the International GT Open.
Therefore, the single-seater championship will also begin at Portimão on 11 April before continuing to Spa-Francorchamps and Silverstone in May.
The Hockenheim event will take place from 11–13 June. Subsequently, the championship will race at the Hungaroring on 4 July and Circuit Paul Ricard on 18 July.
After a two-month summer break, Euroformula will return at Monza on 19 September. Barcelona will then host the season finale on 10 October.

GT Cup Europe maintains six-round campaign
GT Cup Europe will retain its six-event format in 2027.
However, the championship will not join the Portimão or Silverstone weekends. Instead, Spa-Francorchamps will launch the season on 2 May.
The series will then travel to the Hockenheimring on 13 June before contesting consecutive rounds at the Hungaroring and Circuit Paul Ricard in July.
Following the summer break, Monza will host the penultimate event on 19 September. Barcelona will once again conclude the campaign on 10 October.

Silverstone headlines familiar European schedule
GT Sport has maintained the existing number of events for all three championships while introducing Silverstone to two of its schedules.
Meanwhile, Spa and Monza will continue providing the International GT Open’s two endurance-format events. Portimão and Barcelona will also retain their positions as the opening and closing rounds for both the GT Open and Euroformula.
Although GT Sport has labelled all three calendars provisional, the schedules establish the planned shape of its 2027 season and confirm the return of one of Europe’s most prominent circuits.
