Kellymoss will mount a three-car Porsche challenge at the 2026 Indianapolis 8 Hour, adding Kay van Berlo, Lars Kern and Aaron Jeansonne to its regular GT World Challenge (GTWC) America line-ups for the season-ending Intercontinental GT Challenge (IGTC) endurance race.
Van Berlo joins Riley Dickinson and Todd Parriott aboard the #13 Porsche 911 GT3 R, while Kern will partner Colin Braun and Michael Clark in the #017. Jeansonne completes the #88 crew alongside Loek Hartog and John Gilliland, with all three entries remaining in the Pro-Am class.
The Indianapolis 8 Hour closes the 2026 GT World Challenge America Powered by AWS season while also serving as the deciding round of the Intercontinental GT Challenge Powered by Pirelli. As the only GT World Challenge America event requiring three-driver crews, Kellymoss has added one endurance specialist to each of its regular pairings.
Familiar faces strengthen Kellymoss 2026 IGTC Indianapolis 8H line-ups
Kellymoss has leaned heavily on drivers already familiar with the organisation as it prepares for the eight-hour race at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Van Berlo, Kern and Jeansonne all have established connections with Kellymoss and Riley Technologies through previous GT3, endurance and one-make competition. Their familiarity gives each crew a stronger foundation heading into a race that will bring a larger international field and different strategic demands from a regular GT World Challenge America weekend.
Kern adds extensive Porsche knowledge through his work as a Porsche test driver, while van Berlo returns to an organisation that has played a major role in his career. Jeansonne currently races with Kellymoss in Porsche Carrera Cup North America and will step into the GT3 programme for an event he has long wanted to contest.
Kern targets Pro-Am podium with Braun and Clark
Kern will join Braun and Clark aboard the #017 Porsche, adding another experienced driver to the full-season pairing.
The German highlighted both his enthusiasm for returning to a Porsche 911 and the additional challenge created by the race’s inclusion on the IGTC schedule.
“I am very excited to be joining Michael, Colin and Kellymoss in my favourite car, a Porsche 911,” said German driver Lars Kern. “There is going to be a lot of competition since the Indy 8 hours is part of the Intercontinental GT Championship but I can’t wait to join them and fight for a podium in the Pro-Am class.”
With international entries joining the regular GT World Challenge America field, Kern expects the Pro-Am category to provide a significant challenge across the eight-hour race.
Van Berlo reunites with Kellymoss for #13 Porsche at 2026 IGTC Indianapolis 8H
Van Berlo will return to Kellymoss to share the #13 Porsche with Dickinson and Parriott.
The Dutch driver already knows both the team and Parriott well, having previously shared a car with the latter. That familiarity gives the trio an existing working relationship before the Indianapolis weekend begins.
“I’m thrilled to get back behind the wheel of a Porsche. The itch to go racing never really goes away, and to come back with a group that feels so familiar makes it even better. Kellymoss and Riley Technologies have been a huge part of my racing career, so there’s a tremendous amount of trust and familiarity already there. I’ve also known Todd for a long time and shared a car with him in the past, which I believe makes the three of us a strong lineup. I’m really looking forward to getting back to work and seeing what we can accomplish together,” said van Berlo.
His addition gives the #13 an experienced third driver as Kellymoss targets another strong Pro-Am performance to close the season.
Jeansonne gets bucket-list 2026 IGTC Indianapolis opportunity with Kellymoss
Jeansonne completes the #88 Porsche alongside Hartog and Gilliland, stepping across from Kellymoss’ Carrera Cup North America programme.
The American already has endurance-racing experience with Gilliland and believes Hartog’s knowledge of the car will complement the existing familiarity between the drivers.
“This race has been on my bucket list for quite some time,” expressed Aaron Jeansonne. “ I’m especially excited to be joining Kellymoss with Riley, a group I know so well. I think our driver lineup will have great chemistry too. John and I have won together in endurance competition before, and it’s hard to pick a better teammate than Loek at this stage of my career with his car knowledge and experience.”
The Indianapolis start gives Jeansonne another opportunity to build his experience beyond Carrera Cup while remaining within the Kellymoss environment.
Racing for Children connection adds significance to Indianapolis
The Indianapolis weekend also carries additional meaning for Kellymoss through its long-running relationship with Racing for Children.
Four drivers across the team’s three-car line-up have previously competed in Porsche Carrera Cup North America under the Racing for Children livery. Kellymoss has partnered with the organisation since 2017 in support of young patients receiving treatment for cancer and blood disorders, including sickle cell disease, at Children’s of Alabama.
The race comes shortly after September, which is recognised in the United States as both Childhood Cancer Awareness Month and Sickle Cell Disease Awareness Month. Kellymoss and Racing for Children continue to use the motorsport programme to draw attention to those causes and the limited proportion of cancer research funding directed towards paediatric cancer.
Three-car Pro-Am challenge closes Kellymoss’ 2026 season at IGTC Indianapolis finale
Kellymoss will therefore arrive at Indianapolis with three experienced Pro-Am combinations and considerable continuity between its regular drivers and endurance additions.
Dickinson, Parriott and van Berlo will share the #13, Braun, Clark and Kern will drive the #017, while Hartog, Gilliland and Jeansonne complete the #88 line-up.
The Indianapolis 8 Hour weekend runs from October 9-11, with the race scheduled to begin at 12:30 p.m. ET on Saturday, October 10 and finish at 8:30 p.m. ET. The event will decide the GT World Challenge America season while also bringing the 2026 Intercontinental GT Challenge campaign to its conclusion.
