The 2026 F1 Academy Feature Race wrapped up the weekend at the Canadian GP as the second round of the season came to a close, view the full results here.
After delivering a commanding drive in the Opening Race, Campos Racing’s Alisha Palmowski started on pole once again and entered the final race of the weekend leading the Drivers’ Standings by 16 points.
At lights out, on a wet and cold track, Palmowski and Payton Westcott led the pack down to Turn 1. Heading into the first chicane, Paatz and Emma Felbermayr continued to jostle for positions before eventually settling into a rhythm. Having claimed her first F1 Academy podium in the Opening Race, Megan Bruce soon made her way past Westcott to take provisional P2 with fifteen laps remaining.
Further down the field, having started P16, Ella Lloyd made quick progress through the field, breaking into the top ten by the end of lap three. However, after spinning Lisa Billard around, Lloyd was noted by the stewards for the incident. Battling hard, the McLaren driver found herself in a fight with Rafaela Ferreira as they fought for the final points-scoring positions.
Meanwhile, Felbermayr continued to chase down Westcott for the final spot of the podium. Stuck behind the rear of the Mercedes-backed car, Felbermayr continued to apply pressure on the American driver. The Audi-backed driver eventually made her way past to claim the final spot of the podium provisionally. Treacherous weather conditions saw drivers run off the track, as several drivers were shown black-and-white flags for track limits.
However, out in front, the Red Bull-backed driver led the race from lights to flag, claiming yet another dominant victory in Montreal with an almost eleven-second winning margin.
