Nikola Tsolov extended his advantage at the top of the 2026 F2 Drivers’ Championship after finishing third in the Feature Race at the Belgian GP.
Rafael Câmara converted pole position into his second Feature Race victory of the season. Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak claimed his maiden F2 podium in second, while track-limits penalties dropped Alexander Dunne and Noel León out of the podium positions.
Tsolov added 15 points to his championship total, while closest rival Gabriele Minì finished fifth. Consequently, the Campos Racing driver increased his advantage from 22 to 27 points.
Meanwhile, Rodin Motorsport moved ahead of MP Motorsport into second in the Teams’ Championship. Only five points now separate Rodin, MP and fourth-placed Invicta Racing.
Tsolov extends F2 Championship lead to 27 points
Tsolov entered Sunday’s Feature Race with 146 points and a 22-point advantage over Minì.
The Bulgarian started fourth but initially challenged Câmara during the opening stages. He ran through the gravel at La Source while attempting to overtake the Invicta Racing driver and subsequently fell as low as 12th.
However, the championship leader recovered during the Safety Car and red-flag-interrupted race. He crossed the line fifth but inherited third after Dunne and León received five-second penalties for exceeding track limits.
Tsolov therefore added 15 points and increased his championship total to 161.
Minì made contact with Roman Bilinski at La Source on the opening lap and received a five-second penalty for causing the collision. The MP Motorsport driver recovered to finish fifth and collected 10 points. He moved from 124 to 134 but lost another five points to Tsolov in the championship fight.
As a result, Tsolov heads to the Hungarian round with a 27-point advantage over Minì.
Câmara closes to within nine points of Minì after Spa victory
Câmara strengthened third place after securing his second victory of the season. The Invicta Racing driver entered the Feature Race with 97 points, only one ahead of Dunne. He had also secured two championship points by claiming pole position during Friday’s Qualifying session.
Câmara lost the lead to Inthraphuvasak at the start but reclaimed first before making his mandatory pit stop. The red flag caused by Laurens van Hoepen’s crash complicated the strategic order, while a later Safety Car brought the alternative-strategy drivers back into contention.
However, Câmara moved ahead of León to regain the net lead and controlled the closing stages. He secured victory, the pole-position bonus and the fastest-lap point to collect 28 points across the Feature Race classification.
The Brazilian increased his championship total from 97 to 125. He reduced his deficit to Minì from 27 points to nine and now sits 36 behind Tsolov.
Câmara also increased his advantage over Dunne from one point to 17.
Dunne remains fourth following track-limits penalty
Dunne remained fourth in the Drivers’ Championship after adding 12 points at Spa-Francorchamps. The Rodin Motorsport driver started third and remained among the leading group throughout the race. He overtook León following the final restart and crossed the line second behind Câmara.
However, Dunne received a five-second penalty for exceeding track limits. The sanction dropped him behind Inthraphuvasak and Tsolov into fourth place.
Dunne increased his championship total from 96 to 108 points. He now trails Câmara by 17, while his advantage over fifth-placed León increased to 39 points.
León remains fifth after Feature Race disqualification
León retained fifth place in the Drivers’ Championship despite being disqualified from the Feature Race. The Campos Racing driver started 20th after officials deleted his Qualifying lap times for causing the session’s red flag. He progressed through the field and crossed the line seventh after receiving a five-second track-limits penalty.
However, officials later excluded León from the classification following an investigation into radio equipment used during the red-flag period.
A non-operational guest associated with León’s car had used a headset fitted with a microphone. Although the team explained that the guest had accidentally received the wrong headset, the Stewards ruled that Campos remained responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulations.
León therefore lost his Feature Race result and remained on 69 points.
Campos also received a suspended 25-point Teams’ Championship deduction. The sanction will only take effect if the team commits another breach of the same regulation during the remainder of the season.
Maini and Beganovic remain level on 63 points
Kush Maini retained sixth place despite failing to score for the second race of the Belgian GP weekend. The ART Grand Prix driver finished 17th and remained on 63 points.
Dino Beganovic also remained on 63 after retiring from the Feature Race. The DAMS Lucas Oil driver moved before the start signal, stalled and had to be pushed into the pit lane.
Officials later gave him a five-second penalty for the start infringement. However, the penalty had no effect on the points standings because Beganovic had already retired.
Maini remains sixth ahead of Beganovic on countback. Both drivers sit six points behind León and five ahead of Martinius Stenshorne.
Stenshorne adds one point as Van Hoepen remains ninth
Stenshorne strengthened eighth place after being promoted into the final points-paying position. The Rodin Motorsport driver initially finished 11th. However, León’s disqualification moved him to 10th and awarded him one championship point.
Stenshorne increased his total from 57 to 58 points. He now trails Maini and Beganovic by five.
Van Hoepen remained ninth on 47 points after failing to finish. The TRIDENT driver suffered a heavy accident at Turn 8 after losing control over a bump on corner exit. The incident caused the race to be suspended under red-flag conditions.
Van Hoepen remains 11 points behind Stenshorne and only one ahead of Inthraphuvasak.
Inthraphuvasak climbs five places after maiden F2 podium
Inthraphuvasak recorded the largest move inside the Drivers’ Championship after finishing second. The ART Grand Prix driver started alongside Câmara on the front row and took the lead into La Source. Although Câmara and Joshua Dürksen moved ahead during the opening phase, Inthraphuvasak remained among the leading drivers.
He passed León during the closing stages and crossed the line fourth. The penalties for Dunne and León promoted him to second and secured his maiden Formula 2 podium.
Inthraphuvasak collected 18 points and increased his total from 28 to 46. Consequently, he climbed five positions from 15th to 10th.
The Thai driver now sits only one point behind Van Hoepen and eight ahead of Rafael Villagómez.
Villagómez remains 11th as Dürksen drops two places
Villagómez added eight points after finishing sixth. The Van Amersfoort Racing driver increased his total from 30 to 38 points. Although he remained 11th, he moved ahead of Dürksen and now holds a two-point advantage over the Invicta Racing driver.
Dürksen led the race during the alternative-strategy phase but could not progress through the order after making his mandatory stop under the late Safety Car.
The Sprint Race winner eventually finished 15th and failed to add to his 36 points. Inthraphuvasak and Villagómez both moved ahead of him, dropping Dürksen from 10th to 12th.
Miyata adds four points but drops to 13th
Ritomo Miyata collected four points after León’s exclusion promoted him to eighth. The Hitech driver increased his championship total from 30 to 34 points. However, Inthraphuvasak’s move into the top 10 dropped Miyata from 12th to 13th.
He now trails Dürksen by two points and holds a five-point advantage over Oliver Goethe. Goethe retired during the opening lap after stopping at the bottom of Eau Rouge. He remained on 29 points but fell from 13th to 14th.
Sebastián Montoya also failed to score and remained on 28 points. The PREMA Racing driver dropped from 14th to 15th following Inthraphuvasak’s rise.
Herta moves ahead of Bilinski after promotion to seventh
Colton Herta climbed one position in the Drivers’ Championship following León’s disqualification. The Hitech driver initially finished eighth after receiving a five-second track-limits penalty. León’s exclusion promoted him to seventh and increased his points haul to six.
Herta moved from 20 to 26 points and climbed ahead of Bilinski into 16th. Bilinski retired after sustaining damage during his opening-lap contact with Minì. The DAMS Lucas Oil driver remained on 24 points and dropped to 17th.
John Bennett retained 18th with 17 points, while Nicolás Varrone remained 19th on 14.
Boya climbs two positions after León exclusion
Mari Boya moved into the top 20 after inheriting ninth place.
The PREMA Racing driver initially finished 10th before León’s disqualification promoted him by one position. He therefore collected two points and increased his championship total from 10 to 12.
Boya climbed from 22nd to 20th, moving ahead of Emerson Fittipaldi and Cian Shields.
Fittipaldi and Shields remain level on 10 points, with Fittipaldi holding 21st on countback.

Tsolov leads Minì by 27 points, while Câmara sits another nine points behind in third. Inthraphuvasak’s maiden podium lifted him five positions into the top 10, while only four points separate Villagómez, Dürksen and Miyata from 11th to 13th.
Campos Racing extends Teams’ Championship lead
Campos Racing extended its advantage in the Teams’ Championship despite León’s exclusion.
Tsolov earned 15 points through his third-place finish, while León lost all the points associated with his original result.
Campos therefore increased its total from 215 to 230 points. The suspended 25-point deduction is not reflected in the championship table because the team has not yet triggered the sanction.
The team now leads Rodin Motorsport by 64 points, two more than its advantage over the second-placed team following the Sprint Race.
Rodin moves ahead of MP Motorsport into second
Rodin Motorsport moved into second following another double-points result.
Dunne collected 12 points in fourth, while Stenshorne added one after León’s disqualification promoted him to 10th.
Their combined 13-point haul increased Rodin’s total from 153 to 166 points.
MP Motorsport earned 10 points through Minì’s fifth-place finish, while Goethe retired without scoring.
The team moved from 153 to 163 points and fell from second to third. Rodin therefore holds a three-point advantage over MP heading into the Hungarian round.
Invicta closes to within two points of MP Motorsport
Invicta Racing collected the largest team score in the Feature Race through Câmara’s victory.
The Brazilian earned 28 points after converting pole position into victory and claiming the fastest lap. Dürksen failed to score after finishing 15th.
Invicta increased its championship total from 133 to 161 points. The team remains fourth but now trails MP Motorsport by only two and Rodin by five.
Invicta also extended its advantage over fifth-placed ART Grand Prix from 42 to 52 points.
ART pulls clear of DAMS following Inthraphuvasak podium
ART Grand Prix strengthened fifth place after Inthraphuvasak claimed his maiden podium.
The Thai driver contributed all 18 of the team’s Feature Race points, while Maini finished outside the top 10.
ART moved from 91 to 109 points and increased its advantage over DAMS Lucas Oil from four to 22 points.
DAMS failed to score after both Beganovic and Bilinski retired. The team therefore remained sixth on 87 points.
Hitech closes on TRIDENT as Van Amersfoort adds eight points
Hitech collected 10 points through Herta and Miyata.
Herta earned six following his promotion to seventh, while Miyata added four in eighth. Their combined result increased Hitech’s total from 50 to 60 points.
The team remains eighth but reduced its deficit to seventh-placed TRIDENT from 14 points to four. TRIDENT failed to score following Van Hoepen’s retirement.
Van Amersfoort Racing added eight points through Villagómez and moved from 44 to 52. The team remains ninth, eight points behind Hitech.
PREMA Racing increased its total from 38 to 40 through Boya’s ninth-place finish, while AIX Racing remained on 20 points.
