Eurocup-3 has revealed its updated and nearly finalised calendar for the 2026 season, marking a major milestone in the championship’s growth. For the first time, three Eurocup-3 events will run alongside the prestigious European Le Mans Series (ELMS), enhancing the series’ international profile. As it heads into its fourth season, Eurocup-3 is strengthening its reputation as a vital stepping stone for young drivers progressing from F4 to higher levels of single-seater racing, such as FIA Formula 3.

A landmark partnership with ELMS

The 2026 Eurocup-3 calendar will feature eight exciting rounds across Europe, beginning on May 1–3 at the renowned Circuit Paul Ricard in France. This marks the first of three events scheduled to take place alongside ELMS, offering an exciting opportunity for Eurocup-3 teams and drivers to compete in front of a wider audience while sharing the stage with top-tier endurance racing. In addition to the enhanced exposure, this partnership underscores Eurocup-3’s continued efforts to grow its global reach.

Following this, Eurocup-3 will head to Portugal for Round 2 on June 5–7, with a race at the Autódromo Internacional do Algarve. Known for its challenging layout and scenic location, this circuit offers teams and drivers a true test of their skills. Moving on, the championship will achieve a historic first as it races at Imola, Italy, from July 3–5. The Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari offers a legendary venue with a rich motorsport history, previously only visited by elite series such as Formula 1, WEC, and ELMS. Therefore, this milestone race represents both a challenge and an opportunity for Eurocup-3.

Iconic circuits and new challenges await

After the historic race at Imola, Eurocup-3 will head to Monza from July 31 to August 2 for Round 4. The Autodromo Nazionale Monza needs no introduction, being one of the most iconic racing venues in the world, offering a combination of high-speed straights and technical corners. As a result, this round promises to be a thrilling contest for both seasoned and rookie drivers.

Round 5 will take place on August 8–9, with the venue to be confirmed shortly. Regardless of the location, this round will undoubtedly provide yet another exciting challenge for both drivers and teams, adding another layer of anticipation to the season. The final stages of the season will begin with an eagerly anticipated debut at Silverstone from September 11–13. Known as “The Home of British Motorsport,” Silverstone will be the third ELMS support race, further raising Eurocup-3’s profile. This iconic circuit is expected to deliver unforgettable racing, attracting attention from fans and media alike.

Next, Hungaroring will make its debut on the Eurocup-3 calendar from October 23–25. This fast and technical circuit, a long-time favourite in Formula 1, will provide new challenges for the teams as they navigate its demanding layout. In addition to the racing excitement, the Hungaroring adds another prestigious venue to the Eurocup-3 calendar, showcasing the series’ continuous development. Finally, the season will conclude with a return to Spain and the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya from November 6–8, offering a fitting finale in front of a passionate home crowd. As the traditional season finale, this race will provide a perfect stage for drivers to showcase their skills in a highly charged atmosphere.

A bright future for Eurocup-3

Marco Rodríguez, General Coordinator of Eurocup-3, expressed his excitement about the 2026 season, saying: “This updated calendar reflects the continued growth of Eurocup-3 at European level.
