Rodin Motorsport has confirmed a strong three-driver line-up for the 2026 FRME Trophy, naming Alex Ninovic, Reza Seewooruthun and Maxim Rehm for the winter campaign. The announcement underlines the team’s ambition for the series, as it combines proven championship-winning form, regional experience and emerging talent.

Alex Ninovic arrives as reigning GB3 champion

Alex Ninovic leads Rodin Motorsport’s Middle East line-up following a dominant 2025 GB3 Championship campaign. The Australian enjoyed a breakthrough season in the UK-based series, where he secured nine victories, 11 podiums and nine pole positions on his way to a commanding title success. As a result, he now steps into Formula Regional competition with significant momentum.

Ninovic’s rise through the ranks has been both rapid and convincing. After building an exceptional karting record in Australia, he transitioned to single-seaters in Spanish Formula 4 and later British F4, where he finished runner-up in the championship. His continued progression with Rodin Motorsport reflects a long-term pathway, and the Middle East Trophy will provide valuable preparation as he also moves into the Formula Regional European Championship.

Reza Seewooruthun adds Middle East experience

Partnering Ninovic is Reza Seewooruthun, who brings both recent GB3 form and valuable experience of Middle East circuits. The British driver finished fifth in the 2025 GB3 Championship and has already competed in the FRME Championship, giving him familiarity with the venues and conditions.

Seewooruthun’s career trajectory reflects adaptability and resilience. After an impressive transition from karting into the Ginetta Junior Championship, he established himself as a consistent front-runner before stepping into Formula 4. He went on to secure multiple victories and podiums in British F4, as well as a strong showing in international appearances.

Crucially, his previous outings in FRME mean he enters the 2026 Trophy with realistic performance expectations and a solid technical reference. Consequently, Seewooruthun will play a key role in Rodin Motorsport’s push for consistent results across the winter series.

Maxim Rehm steps up for Formula Regional debut

Completing the line-up is German driver Maxim Rehm, who takes the next step in his development after competing in Italian Formula 4. Rehm arrives with a decorated karting background, including national and international titles, and has steadily adapted to car racing since making his debut in 2024.

During his time in Italian F4, Rehm showed flashes of strong potential, including a podium finish early in his rookie season. He now prepares for his first competitive car racing appearance in the Middle East, where the Formula Regional Trophy will offer a new challenge and valuable experience ahead of his full GB3 campaign in 2026.

Balanced trio for winter campaign

Together, Ninovic, Seewooruthun and Rehm give Rodin Motorsport a balanced and competitive trio. The line-up blends championship pedigree, regional knowledge and long-term development focus, positioning the team as a serious contender as the 2026 FRME Trophy gets underway.
