Pascal Wehrlein claimed victory in Round 16 of the 2025/26 Formula E season in London, converting pole position into a crucial win after a strategically complex race at the ExCeL. Jake Dennis charged through to finish second for Andretti Formula E Team, while Jaguar TCS Racing’s António Félix da Costa completed the podium. Formula E’s official results page also lists Wehrlein, Dennis and da Costa as the leading three finishers.

The race featured two Full Course Yellow periods, which influenced the PIT BOOST and Attack Mode strategies throughout the field. Wehrlein benefited from completing his stop during the second neutralisation before managing his energy to the finish, while several battles behind reshaped the order during the closing laps.

A frantic finish in London

Dennis emerged as Wehrlein’s closest challenger after passing Dan Ticktum and da Costa during the second half of the race. Although he rapidly reduced the Porsche driver’s advantage in the closing stages, Wehrlein held on to secure the victory with just 0.3% energy remaining.

Da Costa recovered third after an intense late battle with Ticktum, while Sébastien Buemi climbed to fourth for Envision Racing. Edoardo Mortara completed the top five ahead of Taylor Barnard, while Ticktum eventually dropped to seventh following several late exchanges. However, a later five-second penalty to Mortara saw this changed, with Barnard promoted to fifth, and Ticktum to sixth ahead of the Mahindra driver who was ultimately classified seventh.

Mitch Evans finished eighth ahead of Nick Cassidy, while reigning champion Oliver Rowland recovered to complete the points-paying positions in 10th. Nico Müller, who had started alongside teammate Wehrlein on the front row, fell to 11th after the strategic phases reshuffled the field.
