Brando Badoer will continue his journey with Rodin Motorsport as he makes the step up to Formula 2 (F2) for his rookie campaign in 2027. The Italian remains with the British outfit after spending two seasons in Formula 3 (F3), having raced with PREMA Racing in 2025 before joining Rodin Motorsport this year.
Badoer made a strong start to his sophomore F3 season, securing a podium finish in the Sprint Race at the opening round in Melbourne. The Italian soon returned to the podium, this time claiming the top step with a Feature Race victory around the streets of Monaco. He added two more podium finishes at Spa-Francorchamps and the Hungaroring, but endured a challenging end to his campaign as the 20 year-old failed to score points across the final two rounds in Monza and Madrid.
The Italian ultimately finished the 2026 F3 season eighth in the Drivers’ Standings with 71 points to his name.
