After two F3 campaigns, Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak made the step up to F2 for the 2026 season as part of ART Grand Prix’s line-up. This announcement comes as no surprise, considering the Thai driver’s great performance in 2025 with Campos Racing. With multiple podiums and two seasons of experience under his belt, Inthraphuvasak’s results earned him this promotion.
Inthraphuvasak’s 2025 F3 season
His debut season in F3 saw him focusing more on adapting to the car and the series. Yet, Inthraphuvasak switched gears in 2025. Swapping AIX Racing for Campos, the 20-year-old took full advantage of his competitive car.
The Thai went on to collect two Sprint race wins and one Feature Race victory during the last rounds of 2025. These podium appearances and additional results added up to a total of 74 points in the F3 Drivers’ Championship. However, Inthraphuvasak faced some difficulties at the beginning of the season that put a damper on his performance.
Tackling the struggles one by one, Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak improved, putting himself out there for a potential seat in F2 for 2026. And his results in the latter half of the season showcased a great momentum that rewarded him with his first F3 Feature Race win at Monza, in 2025’s finale.
Partnering up with ART Grand Prix
With Inthraphuvasak’s display of talent during 2025, he attracted the attention of the F2 team, ART Grand Prix for 2026. The team last won the Teams’ Championship in 2023, but for the last two seasons, they finished seventh and eighth.
“I’m very proud to finally announce that I will be joining ART Grand Prix for my rookie season in Formula 2. The team has proven over the years with its great successes, so I’m confident it’s the right environment for me to take this next step,” he said. “I’m excited to start this new chapter and to work with everyone in the team ahead of the season.”
ART Grand Prix Team Principal Sébastien Philippe continued, “Tasanapol delivered a solid season in FIA F3, with three wins and some strong performances. He now has the opportunity to take on the next step in Formula 2, and we look forward to seeing how he adapts to this new challenge.”
Hoping to climb back into the top ranks, ART signed Tasanapol Inthraphuvasak for the 2026 season of F2. This partnership will help the Thai driver immensely, as the jump from F3 to F2 puts him one step closer to racing in F1. Facing new challenges, the 20-year-old will have to adapt and battle an even more competitive grid.
