MP Motorsport has confirmed that Maciej Gładysz will return to the team for the 2027 FIA Formula 3 Championship, reuniting with the Dutch outfit for his second season in the category.
The Polish driver enjoyed a strong rookie campaign in 2026, securing a Feature Race victory at Silverstone and finishing 12th in the Drivers’ Championship.
Gładysz will now look to build on those results as he returns to a familiar environment, having previously raced with MP Motorsport during the early stages of his single-seater career.
The partnership began in 2024, when Gładysz competed in both the Formula Winter Series and Spanish Formula 4 Championship. He finished third in both championships, establishing himself as a competitive prospect in the junior single-seater ranks.
He continued with MP in 2025, winning the Eurocup-3 Spanish Winter Championship before progressing to FIA Formula 3 the following season.
His rookie F3 campaign delivered an important milestone at Silverstone, where he claimed Feature Race victory. With 12th place overall in the standings, Gładysz will enter his second season with valuable experience and a proven ability to compete for wins.
Returning to MP Motorsport in 2027
Looking ahead to 2027, the Polish driver expressed his excitement at rejoining MP Motorsport and targeting further success together.
“I’m extremely pleased to rejoin the MP family for my second go at FIA F3”, said Gładysz. “I have happy memories of my years with the team, especially my debut season in single-seaters in which I became a race winner in only my third weekend.
“MP have come up very strong in the final part of the F3 season to clinch third in the teams standings, and with a year’s experience under my belt, it’s my goal to help the team transform that run of form into more wins in 2027. I can’t wait to get started!”
MP Motorsport Team Principal Sander Dorsman also welcomed Gładysz back, highlighting the success they achieved together in the junior categories and the benefits of their established relationship.
“It’s an absolute joy to welcome Maciej back into the fold. We recorded six race wins and 16 podiums in the two seasons we spent together, and I see no reason why we shouldn’t add any more to those. Maciej has been truly outstanding on his FIA F3 debut and for many in the team, he is a known quantity, which will help us hit the ground running in our preparation for the new season.”
With their previous success providing a foundation, Gładysz and MP Motorsport will aim to carry their momentum into 2027. The Polish driver will look to build on his Silverstone victory and challenge for further strong results in his second FIA Formula 3 campaign.
