American racer Jason Pribyl will step up into the GB3 Championship for the 2026 season, as he joins Nitrous Competitions ADM Racing. Crucially, the move marks a shared progression, because both driver and team graduate to GB3 together for the first time. As a result, the announcement underlines a clear commitment to long-term development on both sides.
At just 20 years old, Pribyl already brings valuable continuity. Not only does he re-join Gary Ward’s squad, but he also builds directly on a relationship forged during last year’s GB4 campaign, when the team competed under its ADM banner. Therefore, the transition into GB3 arrives with familiarity already established.
Proven partnership delivers early promise
Pribyl is no stranger to the team environment. During the 2025 GB4 season, he impressed by securing a podium at Silverstone in only his sixth race, despite the squad operating with limited infrastructure at the time. Consequently, that result stood out as a major highlight and hinted at significant untapped potential.
Now, with the backing of Nitrous Competitions alongside ADM Racing, the team enters a new phase. Moreover, Pribyl has already begun preparations, having sampled the squad’s GB3 machinery during post-season tests at Snetterton. In addition, he will return to the UK shortly to take part in pre-season testing ahead of the new campaign.
Pribyl said: “For me it’s the obvious decision to stay with Gary and ADM for 2026. With such little infrastructure last year, we were able to accomplish some incredible things, and now with the support of David and Nitrous Competitions, we’ll be a force in GB3. The car really excites me, and I’m looking forward to racing it with the upgrades and the incredible calendar.”
Strong single-seater background on both sides of the Atlantic
Before arriving in Britain, Pribyl built an extensive résumé in American single-seater racing. He contested the F1600 Championship Series in 2020, then claimed the Formula Enterprise 2 title the following season. After that, he secured the runner-up spot in SRF3 in 2023, which further reinforced his reputation for consistency.
In 2024, he expanded his experience by competing in the United Formula Ford Championship, where he finished runner-up with two wins and five podiums. At the same time, he also tackled prestigious events such as the Walter Hayes Trophy and the Formula Ford Festival. Therefore, by the time he entered GB4, he already possessed a solid competitive foundation.
Team confidence as ADM and Nitrous step up together
From the team’s perspective, retaining Pribyl provides stability during a period of rapid growth. Team Principal Gary Ward emphasised the value of continuity as the squad prepares for its first GB3 season.
Ward said: “We’re really pleased that Jason has opted to stay with us, as we all get ready for our first year in GB3, and he has shown a lot of promise in testing so far. Obviously the team has changed a lot since the end of the season, but by retaining Jason we’re moving up with a driver we know really well, and we’re very confident that he’ll make an accomplished step up to the next level with us.”
Similarly, team co-owner David Williams highlighted Pribyl’s rate of improvement and adaptability, particularly given his limited European experience.
Williams said: “Jason made a lot of progress in GB4 last year, was keen to move up to the next level, and it makes a lot of sense for us all to step up to GB3 together. We’re excited by his potential, last year was his first proper year in slicks and wings racing, and considering his lack of European experience, delivered some very strong results. We’re looking forward to seeing more progress during the new season.”
