Alex O’Grady dominated 2026 GB4 Qualifying at Donington Park to claim pole position for both of the weekend’s opening races. The KMR Sport driver set a 1m29.372s to lead the Race 1 classification, beating Fortec Motorsports’ Thomas Ingram Hill by just 0.070s.
O’Grady also recorded the quickest second-fastest lap of the session. His 1m29.390s secured Race 2 pole by exactly one tenth of a second from Hillspeed’s Enzo Hallman, while Ingram Hill completed the top three.
Moreover, the 15-minute session produced another closely fought order. Only 0.292s separated the leading six drivers on fastest laps, while less than one second covered the first 14.

2026 GB4: Donington Park: Qualifying 2: O’Grady completes double pole

O’Grady sets up two Donington Park opportunities
O’Grady’s double pole gives him the ideal opportunity to build on his Oulton Park victory and strengthen his championship challenge. However, he will face different front-row rivals across the opening two races, with Ingram Hill alongside him for Race 1 before Hallman takes that position in Race 2.
Green will start fourth in both contests as he looks to protect his championship lead, while Willis, Byrne and Cegielski enter the races after their strongest Qualifying performances of the season.
Officials still consider both classifications provisional while they complete further post-session investigations. Race 1 begins at 16:25 on Saturday before Race 2 opens Sunday’s action at 09:30.
