BVM Racing will expand its presence at Spa by adding a fourth Dallara 324 to its 2026 Euroformula Open line-up, with Brazilian youngster Alceu Feldmann Neto set to join the Italian squad.
The team, led by Giuseppe Mazzotti, will place the 18-year-old in its additional car as it strengthens its roster for the Belgian round. Feldmann will line up alongside Alessandro Famularo, Javier Herrera and Divy Nandan, giving BVM Racing a four-car effort at one of the most demanding circuits on the calendar.
Moreover, Feldmann should remain with the squad for the following rounds at Paul Ricard and Monza, as BVM Racing looks to build continuity across the second half of the campaign.
Feldmann takes next step with BVM Racing
Feldmann arrives at BVM Racing with growing international single-seater experience. The São Paulo-born Brazilian has raced in Europe since 2025, when he began competing in Eurocup-3 while also continuing his development through Formula Regional machinery.
In addition, he gained experience in the Formula Regional Middle East Trophy, where he worked with MP Motorsport before stepping into the Dutch team’s Eurocup-3 programme. That spell helped him adapt further to European racing standards, team structures and high-level junior competition.
His move to BVM Racing therefore gives him another chance to broaden his technical knowledge, this time in the Dallara 324, while taking on iconic European venues such as Spa, Paul Ricard and Monza.
Brazilian roots and early success
Feldmann also carries a familiar motorsport name. He is the son of former Stock Car Brasil figure Alceu Feldmann, whose career in GT and touring car racing made the family name well known in Brazilian motorsport.
However, the younger Feldmann has built his own pathway through the junior ranks. Before racing internationally, he competed in F4 Brazil, where he showed clear progress. During his 2025 campaign, he claimed two wins as part of a strong season that also included six podium finishes, one pole position and a fastest lap.
As a result, those performances helped reinforce his reputation before his expanded European programme.
Eurocup-3 experience shapes his development
Feldmann’s European career has centred heavily on Eurocup-3. He entered the championship in 2025 and continues in the series in 2026 with MP Motorsport, joining a competitive line-up that includes Gianmarco Pradel, Ean Eyckmans and René Lammers.
That move placed him inside one of the championship’s leading teams and offered him further experience in the Dallara-Toyota F326. Furthermore, his previous work with MP Motorsport in the Middle East gave him an important foundation before the main European season.
Consequently, Feldmann now brings recent experience from multiple junior categories into his BVM Racing opportunity.
Spa opportunity adds momentum
Spa will provide a significant test for Feldmann as he joins BVM Racing’s expanded effort. The Belgian circuit rewards confidence, precision and high-speed commitment, while its changeable conditions often challenge even experienced drivers.
Nevertheless, Feldmann’s recent schedule across Eurocup-3, Formula Regional Middle East and Brazilian F4 has given him a varied base. With BVM Racing adding him to a line-up already featuring Famularo, Herrera and Nandan, the team will aim to gather strong data and build momentum across its four cars.
The planned continuation at Paul Ricard and Monza could also prove valuable. Those additional outings would allow Feldmann to settle into the team, refine his approach with the Dallara 324 and strengthen his European single-seater profile.
