Kiwi Motorsport produced another competitive weekend at Road America during the second event of the 2026 Formula Regional Americas Championship (FRAC), Formula 4 United States (F4 U.S.) Championship and Ligier Junior Formula Championship seasons.

Although all three series originally planned to contest triple-header weekends, severe weather on Sunday forced officials to cancel the final races. However, before the cancellation, Kiwi Motorsport still collected victories, podiums and strong results across all three programmes.

Ligier JFC: Speth dominates Road America weekend

To begin with, Kiwi Motorsport’s standout performance came in Ligier Junior Formula Championship competition, where Jack Speth controlled the event.

Speth delivered a dominant display across the completed races, winning both contests overall. In addition, he also claimed both Gen. 2 class victories, completing a sweep for Kiwi Motorsport at one of the most demanding circuits on the calendar.

His performance gave the team a clear highlight from the weekend and reinforced its strength within the Ligier JFC field.

F4 U.S.: Campbell and Fourie continue podium form

Meanwhile, Kiwi Motorsport also enjoyed another productive weekend in Formula 4 United States Championship competition.

In Race 1, Caleb Campbell continued his impressive start to the 2026 season by finishing second. Teammate Zach Fourie followed directly behind in third, giving Kiwi Motorsport two drivers on the podium. Ayden Kohut also added a solid sixth-place finish, further strengthening the team’s overall result.

Next, Race 2 again brought strong pace from the Kiwi Motorsport lineup. Fourie improved to second place, while Campbell completed the podium in third. Kohut crossed the line eighth, ensuring all three Kiwi Motorsport entries reached the finish in the completed races.

As a result, Campbell and Fourie both left Road America with double podium weekends, extending their strong early-season form and keeping Kiwi Motorsport firmly involved at the front of the F4 U.S. field.

FR Americas: Dass takes podium as Shipman shows pace

On the Formula Regional Americas Championship side, Harbir Dass led Kiwi Motorsport’s charge in Race 1 with a third-place podium finish. Cooper Shipman also reached the finish in eighth, giving the team two points-scoring results in the opening race of the weekend.

In Race 2, Shipman initially crossed the line third on track after another competitive drive. However, a post-race penalty later dropped him to eighth in the official classification.

Dass, meanwhile, could not complete the full race distance after an on-track incident ended his race early. Nevertheless, the pace shown by both drivers gave Kiwi Motorsport positives to take from a challenging weekend.

Weather disrupts final day at Road America

Finally, severe weather played a major role in shaping the end of the event. Heavy rain, lightning and hail forced the cancellation of Sunday’s final races across FR Americas, F4 U.S. and Ligier JFC.

Therefore, Kiwi Motorsport could not add to its tally in Race 3. Even so, the team had already achieved a strong set of results across the completed sessions, including Ligier JFC victories, F4 U.S. podiums and an FR Americas podium.

Larsen praises team-wide effort

Following the weekend, team owner Teena Larsen praised the drivers and crew for their performance across all three championships.

“I’m extremely proud of the work everyone put in this weekend,” Larsen said. “Jack was outstanding in JFC, and our F4 lineup showed incredible pace all weekend long with multiple podium finishes. Road America is one of the toughest tracks we race at, so to leave with wins, podiums, and strong performances across all three programs says a lot about the effort from the drivers and crew.”

In conclusion, Kiwi Motorsport left Road America with another strong multi-series performance despite the weather-shortened schedule. Speth’s Ligier JFC sweep delivered the headline result, while Campbell and Fourie continued to build momentum with double podium finishes in F4 U.S.

At the same time, Dass’ FR Americas podium and Shipman’s on-track pace gave the team further encouragement. Therefore, Kiwi Motorsport will head to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course from June 11-14 with confidence across all three programmes.
