Crosslink Motorsports will head to Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course this weekend with an eight-driver line-up across the Formula Regional Americas Championship (FRAC) and Formula 4 United States (F4 U.S.) Championship.

The team, which competes in partnership with AJ Foyt Racing, enters the event with several drivers involved in championship battles. As a result, the Mid-Ohio weekend offers Crosslink another opportunity to strengthen its position across two of North America’s leading junior open-wheel categories.

With six cars entered in FRAC and two in F4 U.S., Crosslink will have a major presence at the Ohio road course.

Papasavvas leads six-car FRAC effort

Crosslink Motorsports brings a formidable FRAC line-up to Mid-Ohio, led by championship leader Evagoras Papasavvas.

Papasavvas arrives at the event at the top of the overall standings and will aim to extend his advantage during the Mid-Ohio round. His campaign has placed him firmly in control of the title fight, but the technical nature of the circuit will demand consistency across the weekend.

Kekai Hauanio also remains strongly positioned in the championship battle. He currently sits fourth in the standings and will look to close the gap to the drivers ahead.

Meanwhile, Barrett Wolfe enters the weekend eighth in the title race, giving Crosslink three drivers inside the overall championship fight.

Janzen targets Masters Class progress

Crosslink will also chase success in the Masters Class, where Kevin Janzen arrives at Mid-Ohio second in the standings.

Janzen will look to move closer to the top of the order as the season continues. Therefore, the Mid-Ohio event could prove important for both his class campaign and the team’s overall points effort.

Alex Bobadilla and Aidan Schuh complete Crosslink’s six-car FRAC line-up. Both drivers continue to develop within the programme and will aim to build further experience at one of the most technical circuits on the calendar.

Crosslink Motorsports’ FRAC drivers are:

  • Evagoras Papasavvas
  • Kekai Hauanio
  • Barrett Wolfe
  • Kevin Janzen
  • Alex Bobadilla
  • Aidan Schuh

Rivera and Kaszuba lead F4 U.S. programme

In F4 U.S. competition, Crosslink Motorsports will field Fernando Rivera and Austin Kaszuba.

Rivera will look to help the team deliver a strong showing in the category, while Kaszuba’s weekend carries added personal significance.

Kaszuba returns to the series on the ten-year anniversary of his first race in the F4 championship. That milestone adds a special storyline to Crosslink’s Mid-Ohio programme and gives the weekend an emotional layer beyond the usual competitive focus.

Evagoras has done a tremendous job leading the championship in FR Americas, and our entire lineup is motivated to perform. On a personal note, watching Austin return to the F4 series on the ten-year anniversary of his first race is something truly special. This team works incredibly hard every single week, and weekends like this are what it’s all about.”

His comments underline the team’s confidence heading into the round. Moreover, with Papasavvas leading the FRAC standings and several teammates also fighting near the front, Crosslink arrives at Mid-Ohio with momentum across both championships.
