ART Grand Prix has officially confirmed the signing of talented Polish racer Maciej Gładysz for the 2026 FIA Formula 3 Championship. At just 17 years old, determination, consistency, and a string of standout performances have marked Gładysz’s rise through the junior ranks and earned the attention of one of the most prestigious teams in F3.
A rapid rise through the ranks
Since beginning his motorsport journey in karting, Maciej Gładysz has demonstrated remarkable pace and adaptability. His career started on the European karting stage in 2018, where he quickly made his presence felt. Over the following years, he achieved a series of strong results, including a win in the WSK Open Cup (2020) and victory in the Karting Academy Trophy (2021).
After transitioning to single-seaters in 2023, Gładysz participated in the Ferrari Driver Academy Scout Camp organised by the ACI, a testament to his growing reputation. Soon after, he competed in the 2024 Formula Winter Series, where he impressed with multiple podiums and the rookie title. That same year, he joined MP Motorsport for his debut in the Spanish F4 Championship, securing three wins, eight podiums, and a third-place finish overall.
Building on this success, Gładysz advanced to Eurocup-3 in 2025, again with MP Motorsport. Throughout the season, he demonstrated speed and maturity beyond his years, claiming victory in the Eurocup-3 Spanish Winter Championship and battling for the main season title until the final round at MotorLand Aragón.

The move to ART Grand Prix marks a pivotal milestone in Maciej Gładysz’s young and rapidly evolving career.
