Nick Yelloly and Louis Delétraz will return to the European Le Mans Series (ELMS) at Imola this weekend after missing the previous round at Paul Ricard because of an IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship clash.

The pair are among several changes across the 47-car entry, with further adjustments confirmed in the LMP3 and LMGT3 categories.

Yelloly returns following Le Mans class victory

Yelloly will rejoin Tom Dillmann and Kuba Śmiechowski in the No. 43 Inter Europol Competition Oreca 07 Gibson. The trio heads to Italy fresh from winning the LMP2 class at the 24 Hours of Le Mans in June.

Luca Ghiotto replaced Yelloly at Paul Ricard while the British driver competed at Laguna Seca. The Inter Europol entry finished seventh in France and occupies the same position in the overall LMP2 standings. It sits 24 points behind the championship-leading No. 22 United Autosports Oreca shared by Ben Hanley, Griffin Peebles and Grégoire Saucy.

Yelloly’s return restores Inter Europol’s regular lineup as the Polish team attempts to carry its Le Mans momentum into the Imola weekend.

Delétraz resumes AO by TF campaign

Delétraz will return to the No. 99 AO by TF Oreca in the LMP2 Pro-Am category. The Swiss driver will replace Paul Ricard substitute Jonny Edgar and reunite with Dane Cameron and PJ Hyett. The No. 99 crew enters Imola sixth in the Pro-Am championship standings.

There are no other driver changes among the LMP2 entries for the Italian round.

Two changes confirmed in LMP3

Michelin Le Mans Cup racer Louis Iglesias will make his ELMS appearance with CLX Motorsport. Iglesias replaces Bruno Ribeiro in the No. 17 Ligier JS P325 Toyota, which currently occupies eighth in the LMP3 championship. The CLX entry sits 26 points behind the class-leading No. 13 Inter Europol Competition Ligier.

M Racing will meanwhile compete with only two drivers at Imola following Quentin Antonel’s absence from the entry list. Thomas Imbourg and Nick Adcock will share the No. 6 Ligier without a third teammate.

King returns as Bachler joins High Class Racing

Harry King will return to the No. 77 Proton Competition Porsche 911 GT3 R Evo after also missing Paul Ricard because of the IMSA clash at Laguna Seca. Joel Sturm substituted for King in France, but the British driver will resume his regular ELMS programme at Imola.

High Class Racing has also made a change to the lineup of its No. 54 Porsche. Klaus Bachler will replace Thomas Preining, who is unavailable due to his DTM commitments at the Norisring this weekend.

The substitution means the No. 54 entry will feature its third different driver combination across the opening three events of the season.

Kessel Racing leads LMGT3 standings

Kessel Racing arrives at Imola at the top of the LMGT3 championship following its victory at Paul Ricard. Mathys Jaubert, Daniel Serra and Takeshi Kimura share the No. 57 Ferrari 296 GT3 Evo, which leads the category entering the Italian round.

The returns of Yelloly, Delétraz and King restore several regular lineups, while changes at CLX Motorsport, M Racing and High Class Racing provide further alterations across the Imola entry.
